01 Membership & Registration

To register as a pop88 member, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

02 Account Rules

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment card details.

You are fully responsible for:

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

Terms relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same member's name.
• Pop88 does not accept third-party payments — any deposit from an unrecognized source may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Legitimate winning withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for most payment methods.
• Pop88 reserves the right to conduct standard compliance checks on withdrawals exceeding certain limits before approving the transaction.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is RM 50,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.

04 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by pop88 are subject to the rollover requirements and eligibility rules stated for each promotion. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is only eligible to be claimed by new members making their first deposit.
• Each member may only claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated.

• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, pop88 will settle all bets based on the last verified server records.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pop88 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances without compensation:

• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino games.
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals without genuine intent to play.

08 Liability Limit

09 Account Termination

10 Changes to These Terms
